PRODUCTION TIME

All items are made-to-order with great attention to detail.

  • Standard preparation time: 4–5 business days

  • Large or bulk orders: may require an additional 2–3 business days

SHIPPING
All orders are shipped as priority registered mail using the Hellenic Post in collaboration with each country’s public postal service (ex. USPS, Royal Mail, Australia Post, etc.). Each order has a tracking number, which we send to the buyer after shipping.

The standard shipping times are as follows:
a) European countries: 5-7 business days.
b) Countries outside Europe, such as USA, Canada, Australia: 8-12 business days.

Shipping times with courier are as follows:

a) European countries: 2 business days.

b) Countries outside Europe, such as USA, Canada, Australia: 3-5 business days.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• All orders are sent using the address provided during checkout. If otherwise, please inform us and we’ll be happy to send your selected item anywhere in the world.
• The shipping time may be affected by factors outside our control, such as time of the year, severe weather and other disruptions. Possible customs clearance procedures can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
• We are not responsible for any applicable duty or value added taxes (VAT) charged to you by your country. The recipient is responsible to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery.

PACKAGING
We pack our items carefully. Therefore we have never experienced any problems with lost or damaged deliveries. In case you are concerned about any accidents while your order is delivered, please purchase the courier option. We are not responsible for any damages or losses due to shipping.

RETURN, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At ANA KOUTSI, we are committed to exceptional quality and craftsmanship.

- Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

- Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed, as production begins shortly after.

If you have any concerns, please contact us as soon as possible—we will always do our best to assist.
