PREPERATION BEFORE SHIPPING
Our items are made-to-order. It takes us 4-5 business days to prepare and ship the order. For big orders we may need 2-3 days more.
All orders are shipped as priority registered mail using the Hellenic Post in collaboration with each country’s public postal service (ex. USPS, Royal Mail, Australia Post, etc.). Each order has a tracking number, which we send to the buyer after shipping.
The standard shipping times are as follows:
a) European countries: 5-7 business days.
b) Countries outside Europe, such as USA, Canada, Australia: 8-12 business days.
Shipping times with courier are as follows:
a) European countries: 2-3 business days.
b) Countries outside Europe, such as USA, Canada, Australia: 3-5 business days.
• All orders are sent using the address provided during checkout. If otherwise, please inform us and we’ll be happy to send your selected item anywhere in the world.
• The shipping time may be affected by factors outside our control, such as time of the year, severe weather and other disruptions. Possible customs clearance procedures can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
• We are not responsible for any applicable duty or value added taxes (VAT) charged to you by your country. The recipient will be responsible to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery.
We pack our items carefully. Therefore we have never experienced any problems with lost or damaged deliveries. In case you are concerned about any accidents while your order is delivered, please purchase the courier option. We are not responsible for any damages or losses due to shipping.

RETURN, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products, and it is our goal to keep our clients completely satisfied with their purchase. In the rare event that the ordered item is not as expected, please contact us immediately upon receiving the item and together we will try to find the best solution.
We offer the possibility of returning the item and get refunded. The item must be unused, undamaged, in its original package, and it must be returned within 10 days from the delivered date. Once the item is returned and has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make the purchase. Note that you must contact us prior shipping it back. The shipping cost is not refundable and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

We don’t accept cancellations,but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
We advice all our clients to check the measurements carefully and be aware that the color of the item may vary a bit from display to display.
